OUR VINEYARDS

The vineyards of the Estate are located at an altitude of 250-300m and occupy an area of about 20 acres. In the vineyards of the Estate, exclusively organic farming is applied (certification body Normal). Greek varieties are cultivated such as Assyrtiko, Malagouzia, Moschomavro and French such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Viognier. The climate of the region is Mediterranean with mild winters and cool summers, while it is affected by the sea breeze of the Aegean Sea. The soil is rocky, limestone, clay and in some areas sandy. The microclimate of the region and the soil are ideal for the cultivation of the vine resulting in the production of quality wines with special characteristics.

BIOLOGICAL CULTIVATION

Organic farming in recent years has stimulated the interest of the consumer our Estate however, has turned in this direction since 1995. Organic farming for us, is not just an option but a culture. We grow according to organic farming standards respecting humans and the ecosystem. Annually we are audited by the relevant body (Physiologike) and we are provided annually with certifications of organic products.
