Rose dry wine with brilliant rosy colour made from varieties Moschomavro, Merlot planted biologically in the Estate’s vineyards.

Nose
It’s rich nose gives notes of red small fruits such as strawberry, sour cherry and redcurrant.

Palate
Fruity taste with excellent structure and crisp acidity. 

Pairings
It accompanies pleasantly, pasta with white and red sauces, shellfish, seafood, shrimps, white meats and vegetables cooked in an oil based sauce. Served at 10-11°C
